Ah, improvement!

This first image is from 2 years back.  My friend and I decided to draw how we imagined our friend.. and in an hour, this came out:

After talking to the guy that this picture is based off of today.. I decided to paint him again.  5 minutes later, I could already see my improvement.  About 20 minutes later I had this:

 

 

And this is a painting of another friend.  He's in the army, so I painted him in the desert pointing at a helicopter.  It's not finished.. and it needs lots of work!
